In April the Dallas Daoism (Taoism) Meetup and the Dallas Yi Jing (I Ching) Meetup will get together for our regular spring picnic and nature trail hike. This year we will have our spring outing at the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano.

We will start at 11:00 a.m. to give us time to gather and find a good location within the park for the picnic. After the picnic we will walk on some of the nature trails at Arbor Hills. We will be at the park for several hours. If you cannot be there by 11:00, let me know that you are coming and the time that you expect to arrive. You and I can then arrange a way for you to locate where we are in the park when you arrive.

Please RSVP (even if it is still "Maybe" at this point). This helps the other members know that you expect to come. Thank you.

    The people and the setting inspired a kind of outing meditation. I mean that seriously. Arbor Hills never looked so good. Will upload a photo when I borrow a scanner.

    My forearms are red. And just my forearms! I'm regretting not taking sunblock because now my arms sting!

    • “ I really enjoyed all the people who showed up and the Arbor Hills Nature preserve was great. We had perfect weather for the event. I was glad to have such an appropriate activity--which enable me to fully enjoy the beautiful day. I didn't know the meal was "pot luck". I didn't have anything to share--but wonderful desert items were graciously shared by others. The whole thing was a lot of fun. ”
